My favourite this week relates to our Christmas party. While enjoying a beer in the studio before leaving for our do, I noticed the beer bottle has a limited edition design on it (design shown above). It just shows that good design is everywhere. Very cool.

This week I have been looking at at fonts for my personal site. I stumbled across this cracker: The Bacon Font. I don’t think it would suit my design but it certainly raised a smile. What’s not to like about bacon?

My favourite this week is the illustrative letters and numbers used for Waitrose Christmas packaging designed by illustrator Kate Forrester. The caramel crunch bonbons are my particular favourite.

My favourite this week is the clever concept for Christmas tea packaging found on the Core77 website designed by Croatian design company, Mint. Christmas is the season for sharing and this concept certainly achieves this. Great idea.
