We feel it's important to always put a face to a name. Whilst email and other forms of communication are important tools, nothing beats a good old face-to-face meeting with someone.
In today's fast paced society, this isn't always possible. So, in the first of a series of introductions to the team here at Huw David Design, we thought we'd start with someone who our clients will have a great deal of contact with during the various phases of a project. That person is Jon, our Projects Manager.
Jon joined the team back in the Autumn and takes on an important role within the Huw David Design studio. Jon acts as the glue between client and agency, ensuring that projects are delivered as expected, communication is clear and consistent between all parties and generally being on hand to resolve any issues that may raise their little heads during the lifespan of a project.
We place a great deal of emphasis on 'client satisfaction'. Jon is on hand to ensure we are achieving this.
That summarises Jon's working life here at Huw David Design, but here's a little insight into the Jon you're likely to meet outside of work.
Jon is a man of contrasts. He is a keen 'fly fisherman' which would lead you to believe that he's a man who enjoys solitude, but that's not the case. Jon is also the lead singer of The Red Tears, a punk band who are on the verge of making the big time (according to Jon).
Jon lived and worked in Hong Kong for 3 years, returning home to Wales in the summer of 2013. He can speak Cantonese fluently, but does struggle with Welsh!
